I bought this product and am pleased with it for the most part but was dissapointed because the picture that they displayed online was not like the product I received. Most of it was the same and the kennel is in good condition so I'm pleased with that but I would have appreciated the seller being more upfront or saying that the kennel that you receive may look different than the one pictured. All of the features are the same but the one I received has different colors than the one pictured and that is what drew me into buying it the most.Customer Review: Got the cats approval with this cab

My cat likes this. He is a full-grown Tabby about 13-15 lbs. If he stands up his he is to big but I am almost glad, when traveling I don't want him jumping around. This seems to be just right in size. The color of the product was same as pictured. I am pretty sure if you shop around you may find the same product for a little cheaper but nevertheless it was still priced under $25.00, which makes it a great bargain. Absolutely love this product. Was a great price and the perfect size for my chihauhua. The carrier was easy to put together and took maybe 2 minutes to do so. Only downside was that it took 14 days to recieve the product. Luckily I wasn't traveling at the time and didnt need it quickly but it was definitely worth the wait.Customer Review: Handles tend to break on this namebrand

My carrier was only 2 years old and would hold a cat that was 11 pounds. The handle broke off. In talking to my vet, he said that is quite common for this brand.
