Kitchen and Housewares Reviews of Cuisipro Donvier Yogurt Cheese MakerCustomer Review: A perfect companion to the Donvier Summary: 5 Stars
"Eat Well the YoChee Way" is the perfect companion to the Donvier Yogurt Cheese Maker. This cookbook contains 285 recipes for all courses, instructions and even nutritional values.
Customer Review: Absolutely love it! Summary: 5 Stars
I bought this along with the Cuisipro Donvier Yogurt Maker and I love it. I put the homemade yogurt in the strainer and a few hours later, I have the smoothest, tastiest yogurt ever. It makes a big difference in the consistency of the yogurt and I would recommend buying it along with the yogurt maker.
Customer Review: Addicted to yogurt cheese Summary: 5 Stars
Spread it on toast with jam. use it on fruit as a topping. Mix with olives and capers. This is so easy and cleans fairly well. I have used both homemade and store bought yogurt to make cheese. You won't go back.
Customer Review: Amazingly simple product Summary: 5 Stars
I bought this as a gift for my Aunt, who eats yogurt every day. She RAVES about this product and has even made a yogurt cheesecake from the yogurt cheese it produces. It is so simple you think you're doing something wrong, but the results are just what you want: a low fat, low calorie substitute to cream cheese or other spread.
Customer Review: Another use for this great little product! Summary: 5 Stars
I'm just back buying a second one of these for my husband to use at his office.
I used mine to use it to make yogurt cheese - and it was great for that.
Somewhere along the line, I tried it for fruit - specifically, I buy frozen blueberries to have on my morning cereal. I keep them in the refrigerator so they're not frozen solid when I need them, but they'd get soggy and moldy too quickly in a regular container.
This little container is perfect for holding the fruit & keeping it fresh - I put a folded paper towel in the bottom of it, then the strainer in, then the fruit in the strainer and the lid on. The liquid seeps out and into the paper towel, the fruit keeps for a week, it holds almost a whole bag of frozen blueberries. Just perfect!
