I've been using these bags for years and have been sharing them with friends since it was a former co-worker years ago that first shared them with me. I won't buy produce without them! I'm convinced that they have saved me countless dollars helping to prevent my great purchases from spoiling before I can use them up. My diet consists of fresh salads, vegetables, and fruits daily so I purchase in volume to get the best prices. I still find it amazing how long my produce will last, consistently. I've been doing a big shopping once every 2 weeks for years. I'm a vegetarian. I buy swiss chard, escarole, broccoli rabe, kale, lettuce, parsley and other green leafy vegetables each time. Other vegetables - eggplants, zucchini, bell peppers, etc always seem to hold up very well in the refrigerator for at least a week or more. If these types of vegetables are breaking down sooner, you might wonder how long they've been in your grocery store. The greens were the ones that would start to wilt, so I always used them up first. Since I've been using the green bags, every green leafy vegetable has held up - still looking like the first day I picked them up for at least 2 weeks or more. How many people hold onto their vegetables for more than 2 weeks anyway? For this period of time - or even a week longer - these bags are terrific. I haven't used a wilted vegetable in the many months since I've been using these bags - and I don't keep drying them out either.Customer Review: Amazing product

I bought these a month ago...the deluxe bags with the zip lock closure. They are absolutely amazing. I do not buy produce every week anymore and my lemons and limes look like I just bought them after 3 weeks. I am telling you, they have already paid for themselves in savings from not having to throw out produce. I haven't tried them with lettuce because they are too small unless you cut it up first. I have kept parsley, peppers, cilantro, cukes, lemons, limes, and zucchini in them with great results. I highly recommend them. Perhaps the zip lock (deluxe) type is better than the other type. Who knows. All I know is that they do just what they are advertised to do.Customer Review: Awesome Product! ! ! !

I bought these a few weeks ago and purposely put strawberries in them and let them sit in the fridge. Two and a half WEEKS later, the strawberries were still as fresh as when I put them in the fridge. Would HIGHLY recommendCustomer Review: BEWARE!!! NOT AS ADVERTISED.

I bought this product with such high hopes of preserving my fruits and vegetables and extending the life of each one. What a disappointment!!! The amount of money spent may as well have been thrown out of the window. The only one that ever showed any effectiveness was a large green bag that I used to store potatoes. The moisture that collected inside of these bags seemed to speed the rotting process. I tried wiping them out each day; I made sure that I was storing, folding and following every direction that was given--which were scarce to begin with. I should have been suspicious when I was unable to find a way to communicate my displeasure with this product. They claim that you can wash and reuse them up to 10 times but I never even got a decent second use of these silly things. If I had been able to find out how to return them for a full refund, I would have done that. I gave some to my daughter and she had the same experience. WHAT A JOKE THESE THINGS ARE!!
