I had a Magic Chief microwave that looked exactly like this one before. I needed the built in toaster. This microwave is a much lower quality. First problem was the toaster drawer stop failed which affects the spring loaded bread holders, you have to position the drawer just right so they would open. The hinges on the main microwave door are weak and cause the door to sag down and not close properly, I have to bend it up repeatedly to close the door. And finally the toaster stopped working all together. I had it for one year, I had the Magic Chief for 5 years. I purchased this because Magic Chief model was not available anymore.
