I had used DMSO while in college 40 years ago and had forgotten of its benefit. While at 24Hour Finess some months ago two men in the locker room were talking about something they had heard could alleviate joint and muscle pain from their pre-arthritic conditions after a "good" workout. That something was my olde friend DMSO. Now, useing this in conjuction with both condroitin sulfate and glucosamine sulfate and a few other supplements, I too am experienceing greater recovery from my workouts and better flexibility during these workouts pricipally from the addition of DMSO.

DMSO is a colorless liquid derived from lignin, the natural material that bonds together the cells of trees. It is extracted during the manufacturing of pulp and then processed.
