Perfect size and weave towel for your bread baking needs. I had tried numerous other towels for the rising period on my favorite bread recipe, and all stuck miserably to the dough. This towel is so thin, it is perfect for the task. It is also oversized, making it possible to use just one towel by folding it over the top, rather than messing up two at a time. I don't know how it works as a kitchen or drying towel in general as I have specifically purchased it for baking.
