The product is excellent if you can get past the terrible condition of the shipping carton, the lack of instructions and the search for needed parts stored inside one of the racks. You would think if this seller read any of the reviews (which almost all have these problems) they would make some corrections before they discourage people from ordering an otherwise wonderful product.
Description of Commercial Grade Adjustable Garment Rack
This commercial grade, adjustable garment rack is the same one used in showrooms and retail stores all over the world. This handsome, chrome rack telescopes up and down with 8 height settings from 46" to 66". The load capacity is 250 lbs. It is equipped with 4" non-marring rubber casters. The rack is covered by our "no overload" guarantee. The "no overload" guarantee is for a period of 5 years.
