I was hoping I could get some answers about what is in our water because my hair just feels full of junk. Anyway, I followed the directions like it stated but everything came out perfectly normal so not sure if this product works. It does state on the sheet enclosed that the results aren't 100% accurate. I'm not sure if I recommend spending your money on this product. Better to have a professional come out and test your water if you have the money and really need to know what's in it.
