I bought one, thinking I would just be adding to our growing collection of peelers. It was very easy to use and didn't bother my hands like other peelers do. Best of all, I didn't "peel" the skin off my finger like I usually do! Of course the real test will come during the holidays and peeling potatoes in 10# lots...... I just bought 8 more for gifts! With the 4-for-3 and free postage -- it was like getting 2 free!
