I ordered two of these for Christmas presents. I previously had one of my own, and I wanted to share this great product with my friends who enjoy cooking. I find mincing garlic so much easier now. You get small pieces of garlic in much less time, and your hands do not get sticky from the garlic juice. I believe that you get better flavor by mincing the garlic. It does exactly what it claims, stores garlic without odor in the fridge, and cleanup is quite easy also. I am not sure what the other's are doing that causes odor, but I do brush off the end after pressing garlic, slip a piece of saran wrap over the end and then screw the cap on. Just remember to take the saran wrap off before using it again. Works fine for me.Customer Review: Don't waste your time or garlic

This product seems like a good idea, but because garlic doesn't all come out you lose freshness. It is also a pain to clean because of the garlic stuck in there. I quickly went back to my old garlic press.Customer Review: Easy and convenient

You can store a week's worth of garlic in this guy. I like it, but it can be a pain to find all the parts after you've taken it apart to clean it. Then again, I had the same problem with my other garlic presses.Customer Review: Garlic Crusher with a difference

Chef 'n' Garlic is a revolutionary garlic crusher. You can put you garlic cloves in it and if you don't use the entire clove, the crusher can simply be stored in the fridge until the next time. There's no waste, it's easy to use and quick. I'd recommend it to anyone keen on cooking (and garlic!)
