These spatulas are great. All one piece with no separate head means they are easy to clean, and the silicone does not stain. I find them perfect for scraping batter from a bowl, stirring custard or a cream sauce on the stove, or even making fried eggs. With each end designed for use you get 2 tools for 1, and I love the assortment of colors. In my kitchen, this gets a workout, and are so frequently in the dishwasher that I'm back to purchase another. I now include this spatula in my standard kitchen gadget gift package for recent grads or newlyweds.
