Our neighbor has a Chef's Choice M130 and after taking all my kitchen knives to him, I knew I had to have one. Now some of my neighbors come over here to use mine in the same manner. I've have my Wusthof knives for about a year and they were getting more and more difficult to keep sharp by steeling. I used the three step process with this sharpener and they are as sharp as new. I also sharpened some older knives which I had given up on and they are usable now too. Keep this sharpener on the counter to use as a steel. I received this knife sharpener for my birthday and my whole family was skeptical about whether or not it would work. Within minutes I revitalized my old knife set, and over the next few days my whole family brought me all their knives! It works like a charm! It's fast, easy, and works beautifully. My old knives would barely cut anything anymore and after a quick run through the sharpener, I barely have to add any pressure to slice through ANYTHING. This sharpener is worth every penny!
