We received the Chef's Choice 835 Pizzelle Pro Express Bake appliance a few days before Christmas. Instructions are easily followed, and we were making pizzelles within 15 minutes. We made pizzelles on 2 consecutive nights for a total of 15 dozen, in a total of about 4 hours. The appliance produces excellent pizzelles reliably, it's simple to operate, and it's easily cleaned. It stores vertically with its own cord storage well, taking up little storage space. Just remember to avoid touching its metal surfaces while using it.Customer Review: Fun and delicious

Having never made pizzelles before, I expected a long period of "getting the hang of it." That only took about five minutes, and I was off and baking. This is easy to use and very easy to clean. I like the recipes that are in the instruction booklet, and many more are available online. Our favorite is a cheesy herb pizzelle filled with cream cheese and crab. I have too many kitchen gadgets, but this one gets lots of use and is fun to experiment with. Ever wonder what a crispy mozzarella and basil pizzelle topped with fresh tomatoes and black pepper would taste like? Now you can find out. I was also able to make bags of pizzelles for teacher gifts in a short period of time. I love this machine! Makes great pizzelles, cleans easily. I love the smaller size pizzelles. I followed their suggestion and made cannolis out of them and my family raved about them. I now have my "signature dessert" to bring to get-togethers. This is one machine that will not collect dust and is definitely worth the small investment!

The pizzelle maker is the best one on the market, I am a Home Economist,catering etc...and found this one easy to use, cleans fast, recipes are great, anyone can make them... The control light goes on and off and the browning control by numbers is easy to use..I made vanilla, anise and chocolate ones, canoli's , and ice cream cones for the little kids....buy it and use it at your next party ....This item will be used as often as yuor mixer, blender or food processor or even more...don't hesitate, ot buy this one, the price is the best one I have found
