When I received the luggage rack I was very pleased. However, after my first house guest left, I discovered that one of the wooden supports (that the luggage rests on) was broken all the way through.
I was disappointed and amazed. By this time I had discarded the box it came in so returning it became difficult and expensive. I would not buy from this maker again.
