Great collectible. I bought this for my son as a collectors item, so I am sure it will never be used. It appears to be made well.The only thing I didn't like, was the packaging it came in had no cellophane in front.But not a big deal if you aren't a collector. This nutcracker really works and is a great hit at the office. It was up for auction at the Republican Women's Christmas Party and was sold for over $80. This is a hoot. I bought it as a gift for my husband who hates Hillary. The box has many funny things written on it that are almost as much fun as the nutcracker itself. I was disappointed it arrived with torn corners, and, unfortunately, I haven't had the opportunity to test it on a real nut in a shell yet.
