Designed for thin cuts of meat, fish or poultry, the CDN CT450X ProAccurate Quick-Read Waterproof Pocket Thermometer is a durable precision instrument with a 2-3/4-Inch stainless steel stem. The thermometer is a waterproof and shatterproof high-heat instrument with a 6 to 8 second response time. Other features include auto-off after 10 minutes, data-hold and a temperature guide. Includes a pocket clip, hook and sheath. Battery (one 1-1/2V Button IEC LR44 Alkaline) and instructions included. 5 year limited warranty.Instant-Read
