Summary: 4 Stars
At first when I set up the product I could not get the probe to go into the holder. My husband figured out you have to pinch the holder to allow the probe to go in. I emailed the company about this as their directions did not indicate this. They never responded.
Overall, once you get used to the machinations it could work well, but you have to make sure the oil is touching the probe correctly, otherwise you don't get a good reading....
I would give it four **** compared to other products I have used through the years....
