I enjoy using this, but I wish I would have gotten a longer handle. I didn't realize how hot my grill is - it takes about 3-5 seconds for the temperature to register, and in that time my hand gets hot. I suppose a BBQ mitt will help with that issue.
With that said, this is absurdly easy to use, and fun. Just stick the fork in the meat, and in a few seconds you'll know the temperature.
If I ever find a longer-handled fork, I'll give this to my neighbor. But until then, he can't have it--this is mine!
