My family's Christmas wouldn't be the same w/out Belgi Gallettes. My 94 yr old grandmother, mom, and I all own this iron and have never been let down by it. It works perfectly year after year (and grandma and mom have been using theirs for decades). I will admit that when I first started using mine I had to toss a lot of cookies, as they stuck to the iron terribly. After a few batches it became seasoned and they come out beautifully.
