It's a can launcher not a can crusher. It launches cans 1/2 way across my garage. The ones it has crushed I have to hold them in with my hand - at risk of injury. I've only had it a week and will be throwing it away! I'd rate it a zero stars if I could!Customer Review: can crusher

crushed cans well...for a while. Then the rivets holding the handle in place snapped, and I had to wrap a bungie cord around the top of the pull arm to keep it together. This held for some time. Sometimes, a can will crush in a strange way and come flying out of the front of the device. I've had more than a few cans get stuck in the crushed position, when the bent can just grabbed onto the side, and I had to grab the can and yank it out--sharp edges and all.
Eventually, the crushing platform just broke off the side arms, leaving the device totally useless. I would not buy another one. In fact I went for a different model from another maker. I would not recommend this to anyone.

Tried to buy one locally, but best I could find was nearly $30.00!!! Tho' it's said that 'you get what you pay for', I think the lower price in this case is meaningless; this works just fine!!!
