Customer Review: Be careful
Summary: 2 Stars

Be careful, while the machine is quite useful and easy to use, look in your manual and you will see that there is no mention as to the oiling of this particular model. I just thought that somehow it was omitted and emailed them at customer service. They responded 2 weeks later, telling me that you have to take it in to a professional to have it lubricated. That should have been disclosed before I bought it, I would definately not have purchased it. I don't know what the basic charge is for service in your area but mine is $80, this machine is definately a throwaway. I will buy a Singer after this one goes, and it will. My advice-----STAY AWAY, UNLESS YOU DO NOT MIND PAYING FOR ROUTINE MAINTENANCE.

Customer Review: Beginners Dream Machine
Summary: 5 Stars

This machine had very mixed reviews and I was worried I might have another headache on my hands. The price was just to good to pass up for me. I took this machine out of the box, read over the manual, and within 2 hours had my first project finished. I am very new to sewing and expected trouble. The only thing I have really made is pillows and they were very basic. To my great surprise this machine does everything I wanted and more. You get everything you need to start using right away just add thread and go. I have found that thread can be tricky so if you have any problems check the thread first. Not that I am using expensive thread I am not its just some thread I got on ebay. I have already told a couple of friends that they had to get this machine.

Customer Review: Believe the bad reviews.
Summary: 1 Stars

I worked on this machine for about 8 hours before giving up and returning. I am an experienced seamstress and sell much of what I make, primarily appliqued fleece baby clothes. The fleece didn't feed well through the machine, stitches were skipped, and the top thread looped and tangled on the wrong side. I contacted the manufacturer and tried all suggestions - their final advice was to return to the dealer. Too bad the machine had some nice features. The decorative stitches were clumsy looking however.

Customer Review: Bernadine
Summary: 3 Stars

It seems to be a good machine, but it is very hard to thread the needle. I haven't been able to get the needle threader to work.

Customer Review: Best Machine I ever had.
Summary: 5 Stars

I couln't be happier with this sewing machine. Its easy to use.
I even bought one for my mom and she can work it with ease.
