Customer Review: "Case" is a questionable feature!
Summary: 4 Stars
I got myself this machine for my birthday and I really like it. I haven't attempted my ultimate goal of quilting yet, but I do love the features and the ease at which this machine works. My only concern is that I don't know what kind of case they thought they were sending with the machine, but what I got was a hard plastic "shell" that doesn't even fit down over the machine. I lowered the spool knob and unplugged everything and this shell still dangles over the machine. That is the only reason for my rating of 4 and not 5.
