When I decided to buy a charging valet, I was hoping to pick one in the under $30 category, but the reviews for all of those were very negative (thanks to all for the input). I ordered the Brookstone instead and I have to say I'm very impressed with the quality and appearance of this valet. The walnut color is darker than I expected which is slightly disappointing, but otherwise I'm very happy with it. It is attractive enough to use anywhere in my house.
The included velcro strips and extenders make it easy to organize the cords in the back of the unit, and the front compartment makes for nice additional storage. The size and capacity are a little bit of overkill for me at the moment, but great for households with several phones and MP3 players. I would definitely recommend this one!
