This unit is by far THE WORST coffeemaker I've ever seen. I used to grind beans before brewing and use fine grinding. When you fill this unit with water and put two teaspoons of ground coffee, then press Start button, it instantly clogs the filter, overfills the basket and your cup stays empty, but coffeemaker is all covered with ground coffee. I tried to remove their filter and put cone filter #2 instead, same results. Coffee is everywhere except your mug. I used at least ten coffeemakers, but this is THE WORST.Customer Review: Best Damn Single Coffee Cup Makeer Period.

This is our third B&D Cup At-A-Time Coffee Maker in 18 years, and I am very pleased with the product and price. Some review it is not big enough, to those I would suggest getting the B&D Coffee-to-Go model, it is taller, and comes with a travel mug to boot.
Our last Cup-at-a-Time coffee maker served 4 cups a coffee a morning for 5 years, without replacing any parts on it ever. The coffee is hot and ready to drink in a few minutes, love the product. Wish it came in an assortment of colors for the ladies, and in chrome or stainless steel for men.

I work from home and I am not a big coffee drinker but I do like one cup in the morning. This is probably my favourite kitchen appliance. It brews the perfect mug of coffee. Excellent product. The little basket cleans with a quick rinse easily and can go in the dishwasher. I would like to put taller mugs in it but I have found that the large round coffee mugs fit perfectly. It is not fancy but does the job and takes normal ground coffee instead of buying those expensive pods.Customer Review: Best gift I ever received
