This is a decent product, it works really quickly but I have a few issues:
-Hard to clean, can't put it in the dishwasher and it's kind of awkward
-Can't make 2 cups one right after the other since it gets too hot
-Either I'm an idiot or the instructions are really bad.. you can figure it out on your own though
