Kitchen and Housewares Reviews of Baker's Secret 116466007 Basics Nonstick 6-Cup Texas Muffin Pan

Customer Review: Texas Muffin Pan
Summary: 5 Stars

This item was hard to find ordered it arrived fast very happy with it.

Customer Review: The Big Size you need
Summary: 5 Stars

These muffin pans are excellent. Be sure to buy two at once or you will have to reorder like I did.

They are perfect for nice-sized muffins (and cupcakes).

Plus, the real reason I bought mine was for making homemade rolls. Even if you just use frozen bread dough, you will get nice big fluffy rolls because the muffin tins are large enough to allow better rising than ordinary muffin tins.

Customer Review: Too big
Summary: 3 Stars

This pan is actually much larger than stated in product info. It is 12.5x8.5 inches, which will not fit in the toaster oven that I ordered it to use in. It looks like a well made pan, but the size makes it unusable for me.

Customer Review: Very Large Muffins!
Summary: 5 Stars

Makes beautiful Large Muffins. Muffins just fall out of the cups! Truly nonstick! Arrived super fast and great price!

Customer Review: What does non-stick mean to you?
Summary: 1 Stars

My husband knew I was looking for a non-stick muffin pan and kindly bought this for me. I happily made a batch of muffins and put the batter directly into the pan, thinking how great it was going to be to skip the step where I butter the pan. The muffins stuck badly to the pan. They stuck to this pan worse than they would have stuck to the fine old Ekco muffin pan I've been using for years. I have just read through the other reviews of this item and was amazed to see people are highly impressed by a pan that they must first grease before putting in the muffin batter. Folks, this has been true of all muffin pans for as long as I've been alive, and that's a very long time. Other than that aspect, this pan is almost as good as my old Ekco pan.
