I was a little concerned about sticking because I didn't have any paper liners for the mini muffins, so I did use a light coating of PAM, sprayed on then wiped off. I was happy to see the muffins and tea-time tasties popped right out of the pan after baking. I think it's important to let the pan cool some before removing the tasties. It seems like most recipes I use will make 36 mini muffins, so it makes sense to get one of these plus one 12 mini muffin pan.
A great quality pan and muffins slide right out. It's just such a fun size, I can't wait to make cupcakes with it next.

This pan performed very well, but wasn't quite as 'non-stick' as other reviews had led me to believe - I sprayed with Pay and still had a few stickies. It is a nice heavy weight, though, heats evenly and cleans up like a dream. Great value for the price - and Amazon's price is great!Customer Review: Good price...great product
