Just last night I put my Pampered Chef large bar pan on one of these baking sheets and it didn't bend or show any signs that it couldn't hold the bar pan. These cooling racks have my 5-star vote!Customer Review: Cookies don't fall through!

I much prefer mesh cooling racks to the straight wire ones for cooling cookies. Inevitably at least one or two cookies would slip through the cracks and make a mess, something that doesn't happen with mesh. The racks are no harder to clean or to store than the standard "striped" kind. And you can't beat the price at $3 each. The "feet" are fairly deep keeping the rack higher off the table allowing better circulation, which is especially important when cooling cakes.Customer Review: Cooling Rack

It'll rust if you run it through the dishwasher. These are nice, heavyweight racks, though I suppose there's not a lot to be gained with a good quality rack cooling rack...
