I tried making my own chai at home once and it nearly ruined my taste for the stuff (which up to that point, I couldn't get enough of it). So in desperation I searched for a steamer/frother that could heat milk without spoiling it and froth it so it was just like Starbucks! This machine is amazing! You just add the chai mix and the milk, flip it on and it spins and heats it until it is literally the perfect temperature and then shuts off. You can push the froth button as you dispense it if you need a little extra froth. If it gets cool, just toss it back in and restart. It is simple to clean and easy to store. All I need now is a to-go cup and the little red straws and I'm the envy of the carpool moms! Seriously though, if you love lattes, cocoa, or chai, this is the machine you will want to have! I received this for Christmas and it's the best present for someone who lives in a cold climate! I use it everyday!!! It makes the best, creamiest hot cocoa ever. Cappuccinos and lattes rival that of the boutique coffee places and the owner's manual lists about 30 different recipes. You can try something new everyday.
