Received it as an office gift, Dec 2005 ... made the Spiced Chai Tea recipe (already modified for my tastes) ... I love it ...
brought it back into work for everyone else to try, they loved it, too ... but I won't leave it at the office, I must have my chai at night ... yes, noisy ... perhaps won't last ... but I wouldn't hesitate getting another one ...

I have had this product for almost a year now and I absolutely love it! Cocoa ALWAYS comes out perfect. I've never used it for other drinks as I am not a coffee drinker, but I assume they come out just as good as the cocoa! When I got this hot chocolate maker I was looking for something that could heat milk for hot chocolate. I live in a college dorm, so using a pot wasn't possible. This not only makes hot chocolate decently quickly and incredibly easily, but also very thoroughly mixes it, even my mom ended up getting one for home after she tried mine. The only problems are the accumulation at the bottom of the mixer, so you need to either clean it right away or let it soak, and it is fairly loud. I can never use it when my roommate is sleeping. Other than those it is great, and after a year it still works perfectly after a decent amount of use.Customer Review: Awesome

I love this item! I put the cocoa and the milk in walk away when I am ready to leave for work its done. Hot and fresh! No more $9 Starbucks hehehehe
