I've only had this a few weeks, but I've already used it several times. So far, no complaints at all. It mixes the coffee or hot chocolate mix very well, no lumps or graininess, and the temperature is fine. I haven't had a chance to try any of the recipes included yet, only used mixes. It froths the drinks up well, too, and I like that it keeps reheating and restirring the contents until you turn it off. I don't find it difficult to clean either as long as you do it fairly quickly. I can see problems might occur if you allowed it to sit so long that the "stuff" left in the bottom dried. But so far, I've been very happy with this small appliance.
