Purchased item on 6/30/08, received on July 4, 2008. Item was sharply bent in three large areas. I called Holsteins Home & Beyond as instructed to request return label, took me @ three business days to talk with a live person. Item was returned July 11, 2008. I called company on July 28, 2008 to verify receipt, the rep said they don't have a record of the item being returned...As of July 30, 2008 I have not received my credit for $31.12. The product itself was good quality but I will not order from this company again!!!
