We live in the Texas Hill Country, down in a cold pocket, and night time temps regularly fall below 20 deg F from early Nov till late Mar, often with brisk breezes. We are down to only 3 outside cats (high was 12 some 5 years ago), and all 3 won't fit in the one Condo we have, but 2 will (with a bit of snuggling). So, it's first come first served. The last to arrive has to sleep in an open -doughnut hole- cat bed. However, since we put t-stat controlled heating pads under both the Condo and ring bed, everyone does just fine. However, since 2 are getting up in years, we decided to purchase a second Condo this year. Hope it arrives before the next Blue Norther!

The Kitty Cat Condo is designed with the needs of cats in mind. It's constructed of structural foam which offers superior insulation and protects the home from the elements in the winter and cool in summer. Non-porous surfaces discourage fleas or other pests from nesting.
A carpeted interior floor adds comfort and provides an outlet for scratching. Interior is cozy yet room enough for cats to stretch out. Use indoors to provide a private place for your cat, or outdoors as shelter and protection from the elements. Smooth, rounded surfaces inside and out make for easy cleaning.
