I received two of the package shark pro's. I opened up one package with scissors. After finally being able to get the razor blade in the proper position (it is difficult to move the guide locks) I attempted to open the second package to see how it works - and the unit broke! First time of use and it broke. It's a piece of junk and total waste of money. I feel like I got ripped off.Customer Review: Worthless

I bought 3 of these openers for Christmas stocking gifts. I opened mine first in order to use it to open the other containers. There was no way to do it! We all tried every which way. Needless to say they all went into the trash along with the battery operated sissors that were included. I bought these at a discount store, so I wasn't out much money. It was the big Christmas Laugh this year. DON'T BUY THIS PRODUCT, it's easier to open packages with your Teeth!!!Customer Review: Worthless for clamshell packaging

The build quality is horrible, it is cheap plastic that can easily break open. The cutting well is not deep enough to cut most clam shell packaging. I highly recommend you look elsewhere and do not spend your money on this.
It does work on getting the plastic on CDs and DVDs off, so if that is your reason for buying this, then go ahead.

This is really garbage. I got the 2 for one deal and with my first use of the package shark the small blade seem to be chip/damage already. And this first time use was on the other package shark. Nice concept but this really needs improvement. I say spend your 20 bucks on a good pair of scissor and open your packages.
If I could give this zero stars I would.
