The cartridge is made of extruded activated carbon block , sub-micron performance. More than 99.95% reduction of Entamoeba , and Toxoplasma. All particulate matter down to 0.2 microns. Aqua Filter Plus Water Filter Systems Remove; Sediment, bad Taste and Odor, Volatile Organic Chemicals (VOC), Pesticides, Lead, Cysts, Giardia, Cryptosporidium, Turbidity, Asbestos, Triahalomethanes (THM), Linden, 2,4-D. Aqua Filter Plus water filtration systems uses 3 pure carbon cartridges, which is considered to be the most effective method for reducing water contaminants, The carbon block cartridge is compacted into dense structure, causing every molecule of water to be forced through microscopic pores of carbon, effectively reducing pollutants.
