Works as intended. it doesn't really adjust when you add .1-.3 grams, so usually, when using the tray, i would add whatever i was weighing, lift it off until it zero'd, then place it down again. From the picture it is hard to get an idea how big the balance is. It is small. No trouble fitting in any pocket. There might be a problem weighing large items since it is so small. I would prefer that the lid (doubles as a weigh pan) would fit on more tightly since it can easily fall off.
I checked the balance against a lab table top balance and it was accurate. Actually it read 0.2g/100g high. In other words if I measured 100.0g, it would read 100.2g. This is actually pretty good. I could calibrate the scale to do better if I wanted, but I would need to purchase a 500g weight.
Maybe more important, it does not seem to register weights smaller than 0.2g. It reads zero until at least 0.2 g has been added. Then it reads 0.2g. I suppose this is to keep the display reading zero until an item is added (avoiding fluctuations if there is an air current). This could be a serious issue for some people.

Okay at first I thought "Something this small will give me a ballpark estimate." But after weighing my phone, some coins, and a leaf several times each, the weight did not fluctuate at all no matter what order I weighed the items in. This scale would be perfect for weighing spices and other "herbal medications" ;)I showed a friend of mine and the first thing she said was "OMG it's sooo CUUUUUTE!" I don't know if that means anything to you guys but she said to put it in the review. The scale itself is pretty light but seems durable enough. I wouldn't want to drop it more than 10+ feet. 5 year warranty is a big bonus in my book. 110% satisfied. Definitely get this.Customer Review: Acurate and Cheap price

Contacted the numbers on the papers and it turned into a big cluster[] to fix. The manufacturers were not helpful in the slightest. So I just left it. If I hold the scale upside down and hit the button in a certain way, it works though. Manufacturer problem, not a seller problem. I am still pleased with the scale.
Once it is on, it works awesome. Amazingly accurate. A good way to test the accuracy of yours is to use coins. Great scale when I can get it to turn on--I just use the auto off feature and let it go off. I never thought i'd be the one saying this; but you get what you pay for.
