Seems to work well but lower weights (MGs) will produce some questionable inconsistencies. Typically multiple weighings will come up with what seems like an accurate # though. So all in all for the $ it's a very good product. Also comes with batteries and packaged nicely.
I will warn you that you need to buy an additional weight for proper calibration. I have not needed to calibrate yet but I don't recall this being mentioned on the product summary .. though I might have overlooked it too! These weights are cheap and easy to get also so not a deal breaker imo. Some similar units can be calibrated with a nickel, this one cannot.
Considering the usual price of similar units, I would recommend this product.

The design is very nice. When I first got the scale out of the box, it wasn't working. The batteries were already dead when they arrived, but that's not a big problem. The scale wasn't calibrated, but with a press of a button it reset itself. To accurately weight things, it has to be on a flat surface, because it is very sensitive. For my purpose (comparing scaled objects), this thing does a wonderful job, but I can't say so much about it's accuracy.Customer Review: Nice Scale - Nice Price

I purchased this exact scale from this seller for reloading. Its important to have .1grain resolution, as is advertised. It does not, its .2grain. Contacted seller (scales n tools) they said that it was a manufacturing change and offered to take it back. Fair enough. They still havent changed the ad on here though, so they are purposely misleading people with false advertising.
