Very nice product to use for pizza, but I'm going to use mine to transfer wedding size cake pans from the oven to the cooling racks on my kitchen's island! I love this paddle. It is large enough to assemble a 16" pizza on it, and is thin enough at the end to pick up a hot pizza easily from the pizza stone. I would definitely recommend this product.Customer Review: Quality Product

This is an exceptional Pizza Peel and a good value. I was surprise
at the quality when I received it. It is large enough to hold a 15" pizza, but is not for the weak. It is quite heavy and with the long handle a little awkward to handle and store. I've had to hang it on the wall.
