This is a excellent Pizza Peel for removing your cooked Pizza from your Hot Pizza Stone. I am still trying different methods to try and get the un-cooked pizza off the peel and on to the Pizza stone. I've tried Corn meal sprinkled generously on the peel and the pizza still sticks. I will try flouring the peel and the corn meal next. So I rated this peel a 3 star as it works GREAT taking a hot, cooked pizza off my stone, but trying to slide off a uncooked fully topped pizza onto the stone just makes a mess.Customer Review: Great basic pizza peel

This is a basic pizza peel that has a very sharp edge on 3 sides. It looks like something you would find in a restaurant kitchen. I've used several times and it is a big improvement over my old wooden peel. I dust it with a little cornmeal and the pizza slides nicely. It is also large enough for a 14" pizza. The sharp edge is great for sliding under the pizza while it is on the baking stone.Customer Review: Great piece of equipment

Not crazy about how it was packaged for shipping but it arrived undamaged. This peel is great! It is sturdy, big and gets the pizza in and out wonderfully. Be sure to four and cornmeal it first or you might have some sticking issues.Customer Review: Great product - how about a detachable handle
