I purchased this tool set as a gift, but I wish I would have gotten another set for myself. The utensils themselves are very sturdy and solid. The stainless steel is great and sitting on a counter these tools make a statement. They are not just for looks though, as the tools do exactly what they should do: work. The spatulas/spoons/ladel are a great size (a bit larger than most). These are not cheap tools that will bend or warp. They are extremely solid. The canister is just as good looking, but can be a little top heavy with all of the tools in it. Overall, this was a great gift purchase and would be great for just about anybody.

Spatula heads are made of silicone, a flexible, heat-resistant, colorfully-tinted material. Silicone bends perfectly to scoop batter out of bowls. And silicone utensils go right into the dishwasher for easy cleanup. This set from Pinzon includes seven utensils: a large spatula, two medium spatulas, two small scrapers, a large spoon-shaped spatula, and a basting brush. The heads are silicone The long, handles are hollow stainless steel with hanging holes on the ends. Set comes with a brushed stainless-steel, double-walled canister.
