Customer Review: Stay away from whirlpool products

I have missed 5 days of work trying to get my brand new dryer fixed. Whirlpool will not replace a manufature defective appliance if it is repairable. The dryer has made a grinding noise when loaded with wet clothes since it was installed. The first service tech replaced the fan blower and cover which required two service calls. This did not fix the problem. The second service tech said it's the motor. He order the part which did not arrive by my next service date (I already scheduled the day off work). Now I have to call back the service company and schudule another call. How can anyone run a business like this. Don't by any whirpool products.
