A wonderful product at a great price. It is so much fun to take my milk Frother everywhere I go. Fits perfectly in my pocketbook and I can surprise my friends and family with a Cappucino and the kids with hot chocolate with a surprise on top. Cuts down on expensive stops for items on the go because my froter is already with me and on the go. Works well with regular and skim lactose free milks. The AEROLATTE frother works great...made froth for my tea so thick I could hardly drink it! Delightful. However when it arrived the special "aerolatte" batteries included were both dead. DEAD. I had to substitute my own batteries and then it worked fine. I think the batteries should be tested before shipping or FRESH batteries should be included.Customer Review: Died one month after Mother's Day

This was a gift I'd asked my children for as a Mother's Day gift. I do not have the heart to tell them that it just stopped working. I replaced the batteries because I thought that was the problem but 2 fresh sets proved that it was the frother itself. A shame. Now I'm back to my manual pump frother. The Aerolatte Milk Frother, satin finish did not come up to my expectations. We already have one and I ordered this for my granddayghter. It looked used and did not come in the case like mine. It did work just looked used!
