Kitchen and Housewares Reviews of Aerolatte Milk Frother, Satin

Customer Review: A lot of power in a little gadget
Summary: 5 Stars

OK, I have to admit that when I opened the box I was affraid I bought yet another cheap kitchen gadget that would end up in the drawer with all the other useless gadgets. Not this little guy. We have a Tassimo coffee maker that makes great Espresso so all I was missing was something to put a froth on the hot milk for my Cappuccino or Latte. This is ths perfect tool, and it definitely gets an A+ on value. Much easier than dealing with an Espresso Maker / steamer.

Customer Review: A real fizzy whizzy!
Summary: 5 Stars

The price ($9.95) was great. Delivery speedy. One for myself, one as a gift. Both are appreciated and used every day. So easy to clean.

Customer Review: AMAZING!!
Summary: 5 Stars

I wasn't even LOOKING for a milk foamer. I was reading the reviews for French Presses, and someone mentioned the Aerolatte milk foamer. After doing my due diligence on French Presses (30 freaking times! Can you say NEUROTIC? LOL!) I decided, as an afterthought, that for $15 I would go ahead and get the milk foamer to go with it.

When my shipment arrived, I looked at the Aerolatte's box. Laughing, I sarcastically (and using my best redneck accent) asked my husband if he RECKONED I would get foam as pretty as the box depicted. We,of course, agreed that I WOULD NOT. How could this little bitty THING with (2) AA batteries create THAT kind of foam?!?

Well, BUTTER MY BUTT AND CALL ME A BISCUIT if I didn't come home, put a little bit of milk in a glass (FAT FREE SKIM MILK, no less) and form a GLASS FULL OF STIFF FOAM IN A MATTER OF SECONDS!! EXACTLY LIKE the picture on the box!

As I drank my DELICIOUS homemade cappucino, and pondered how I much I would enjoy another one in the morning, I realized... My Aerolatte milk foamer is JUST ONE MORE EXAMPLE of much joy one can get from something which is powered by (2) AA batteries!!

Customer Review: Aerolatte - Excellent but Battery Intensive
Summary: 4 Stars

Just purchased my second aerolatte (first lasted 3 years before it started running down batteries too fast). Excellent for frothing steamed milk (I put 8 ounces in microwave on high for 1 minute), then froth. Very similar to "caffe con leche" in Spain. Product has been reliable --but does take some "touch" to avoid spraying milk around the kitchen. Expect 2 double A batteries to last about a month, using 1-2 times a day.

Customer Review: Aerolatte - Satin Finish - excellent
Summary: 5 Stars

Excellent device. We had purchased a combination Espresso/Cappuccino/Latte maker which included a steamer. Espresso part worked fine but steamer just would not create foam or even bubbly milk despite trying all kinds of things. Aerolatte works as advertised and produces good foam/froth on microwaved milk in about 20 seconds. Even if my steamer worked I think I'd still use the Aerolatte as it seems quicker, easier and safer than using the steamer.
