This frother works perfectly for me. I eagerly opened it, pulled out the battery protector tab (batteries were already inside), turned it on in a cup of water to clean it for 10 seconds, and proceeded to use it with milk. The stand saves a lot of space and keeps this little tool clean, dry, and handy. I love having froth in my morning cup of mocha now, and sometimes a hot chocolate in the evening. This handy tool also helps 'mix' the hot chocolate in the hot milk, so it has additional benefits. Nothing bad to say about this wonderful innovation at all. I like my milk frothed when i make an espresso latte or cappucino. It was always a hassle to use the frother on the espresso machine which always required some work to clean. This little frother is great - I heat up my milk in the microwave, grab my frother and in 3 seconds the milk iw ready for the espresso. A great buy.Customer Review: Excellent product

It worked well with regular (whole) milk, but it works the best with 2 percent milk. The trick is in the temperature of the milk. I also sprinkle sugar while frothing for a thicker foam.Customer Review: Excellent, but be careful.

Works very well. Just be careful not to bend stem at all. If you do bend it -- say, by running with frother touching side or bottom of cup/glass -- you will likely never get it back to "true" no matter what you do. It will probably continue to work, but not nearly as well. We bought a second and are treating it with kid gloves.
