Customer Review: Arrived broken, cheap item

It came broken in 2 places. It's made from thin plastic and they just put it in the box, no "bubbles" around, nothing. It looks very cheap, and I just realized (my mistake) that to really have my photos organized I need to buy photo/negative protectors too; otherwise it's just a box. I haven't decided if I want to just return it. I've been counting on saving some space with it...
